A local gallery art space and working studio hosted by Kerri Reid & Tyler Brett and home to visiting artists on a month by month basis. March 2017 had Alex Tedie-Stursberg & Evan Hardy of Vancouver  in residence at the cottage, and filling the space with found object assemblages and collages as well as soundscapes and video footage.
